The Governance Radar Assessment
Uniquely, my proprietary AI Governance Navigator diagnostic measures your organization's AI maturity across seven critical domains. Completed during my Stanford AI Leadership capstone work, it reveals where you are, where the gaps exist, and what to prioritize. I created this analytic tool to give boards and executives a clear, evidence-based view of where their organizations must strengthen their AI governance practices.
The AI Governance Navigator isn't a checklist exercise. It's a strategic assessment that identifies blind spots in your current approach and reveals which governance gaps pose the highest risk. You receive a detailed report with specific, actionable recommendations prioritized by risk and business impact, along with a board-level presentation of findings and dedicated time with me to review the diagnostic’s results and discuss next steps.

My process begins by establishing an understanding of what AI is actually running in your organization through a comprehensive AI tool inventory - you can't govern what you don't know about. I then develop new AI policies from scratch or review existing policies to identify gaps, ambiguities, and areas where exposure exists. Every policy is tailored to your organization's risk tolerance, industry requirements, and operational reality. Not theoretical frameworks, but practical guidance for what's happening right now.
Policy work includes acceptable use policies for AI tools, data privacy and security requirements, third-party vendor assessment frameworks, AI ethics guidelines, shadow AI detection and management protocols, employee training requirements, and incident response procedures.
